The Facility
Our processing hub is located in Chile’s Central Valley, at the heart of the country’s primary fruit production zones. This location allows us to process raw materials shortly after harvest, minimizing transport and locking in freshness.
Sourcing Standards
Atama Factory sources fruit exclusively from packing houses focused on the world’s most demanding export markets. This ensures our raw materials comply with international phytosanitary requirements and chemical residue limits before entering our facility.

Freeze-Dry (FD)
Gently dried at low pressure to retain natural color, aroma and up to 98 % of nutrients.
Available in Whole, Sliced, Cubed or Powder formats, with bulk, retail and white-label packaging options.
Light, crunchy and shelf-stable — perfect for snacks, cereals, smoothies and food manufacturing. -
IQF (Frozen)
Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) prevents cellular crystallization and clumping. It ensures each piece of fruit maintains its shape, texture, and perfect free-flowing nature for large-scale manufacturing. Ideal for dairy products, bakery fillings, smoothies, and ready-to-eat meals.
